The Space:

As soon as you arrive you’ll feel yourself unwind. Every room in this home has been thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated to create stylish but practical living.



Minimalistic but homely, this designer house is perfect for family and friends looking for luxury coastal living within walking distance to the beach and local amenities.

Although open plan, the ground floor is cleverly designed to segment different areas of the home. The kitchen, dining area and living space effortlessly flow, yet create cosy spaces to cook, eat or relax.

Open the doors and step outside into your own beautiful, private garden, with large decking and plenty of seating to enjoy the sunshine. Prepare delicious BBQs for the entire family and relax in the comfortable seating areas.



There's also a heated outdoor shower. Head straight from the beach after a surf or swim to rinse the salt off under a warm shower. There’s even a pull down line to hang out wetsuits to dry.

The Neighborhood:

The house is located in an attractive part of West Sussex' coastline that's popular with holidaymakers. The beach is the star attraction, of course, but there's plenty more in this Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty to keep you occupied.



You'll find everything you need in the nearby village of East Wittering, with cafes, restaurants, a fishmonger, butcher, pharmacy, greengrocers and supermarkets.



There are numerous great pubs to choose from! The Lamb (West Wittering), The Shore (East Wittering) and The Old House at Home (West Wittering) to name a few on your doorstep.



There are water-based activities such as kite surfing, kayaking and paddleboard hire for the adventurous types in your group. And there's plenty to do in the nearby East and West Wittering, which has glorious sandy beaches.



Chichester is not too far away either, and this is a popular, historic city with bars, restaurants, pubs, shops, and coffee shops to keep you all entertained. It has a cathedral and a theatre too.



If you're in the area for horse racing at Goodwood or the Festival of Speed, booking to stay here means you won't have far to go to get to and from the venue.



Getting Around:

A car will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful West Sussex area. As you already know, we offer a free parking spot.



But having your vehicle is by no means essential, as there's plenty that you can reach on foot or by bike if you need to. And your hosts will let you know about the best cab companies to use in the area if you want someone else to do the driving.



The nearest bus stop is about a 15-minute walk away, from where you can catch services into Chichester, where you will find a train station that can connect you with locations across southern England, including Portsmouth, Brighton, and London.
