On the 1st floor of a recently refurbished traditional building located in the historical center of the city, in one of the most popular streets of Porto - Rua das Flores - this apartment is one of the most central you will find.
It is equipped with everything you need for an exceptional stay.
Around the apartment you will find a huge variety of restaurants and cafes, ateliers, shops and even a supermarket and a pharmacy.
200 meters from the "S. Bento "and only two stops from the Trindade metro station where you can access all metro lines.
Stations and bus routes can also be found very close to the apartment, however, most places and tourist attractions can be reached on foot (São Bento Station, Allies, Church and Tower of Clerics, Lello Bookstore, "Palácio da Bolsa" , Ribeira and Ponte Luís I and various entertainment venues.
The lively night-life streets are also within walking distance.
Although the apartment is located in such a central area, the street is calm and quiet at night and as the apartment faces the back of the building, quiet rest is assured.

extending to a companion, provided that a document proving marking / provision of medical services or equivalent document is presented.
b) Guests with a disability equal to or greater than 60%, provided they present proof of the condition.
At where?
In tourist developments (hotels, inns, etc.) and establishments of local accommodation in the form of sleep.
What is the rate?
2 € per night and per person up to a maximum of 14 € (7 nights followed by stay / person).
When and where do you pay?
The payment of the municipal tourist tax is due at the end of the stay in a single installment and charged by the hotel establishment or local accommodation.

The apartment is perfectly located on Rua dad Flores, which is an incredibly lively street, but the apartment faces away from the street, so there is no street noise. The apartment has everything you need, is clean and well decorated. We had a wonderful stay and the location was perfect to walk everywhere in Porto. There is also parking very close by. We highly recommend this apartment!

A great location for a modern studio apartment and well appointed. The renovated apartment building was ideally located in Rue das Flores which was a vibrant tourist area, a short walk from Sao Bento station and within easy access of the River Douro attractions. The apartment was tastefully finished with hi-tech entry and security system. Some attention could be made to the shower fittings which were loose and the shower caddy let the appearance down. Also the door to the bathroom was stiff and ill-fitting. There was a great cafe/restaurant called Paladar next to the entry to the building which was handy, friendly and very good food was served. There were many great dining venues in close proximity to the apartment.

This is a terrific apartment. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, and in a perfect location, right in the middle of the action in Porto. Joana and Pedro were great hosts, proving restaurant recommendations and other helpful information. I couldn't have had a better experience. I look forward to returning one day.

Really lucked out staying at this apartment! It is in an amazing location and is beautiful and clean on the inside! Joana is very responsive and was so sweet to leave us a bottle of welcome wine!
