We loved the balconies and the views. We liked being located next to the swimming pool. The lounge and dining area worked well. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything we needed to self cater. The bathroom was perfect and the shower was great. The laundry room was a welcome asset. We also found Alpine Holiday services very helpful and felt well looked after. The WhatsApp guide was great.
Apartment information was presented in a number of formats, some of the printed info might be out of date.
I think it would be helpful if the welcome package included some coffee pods. We found the circulation space was a little tight in the lobby, due to the large cupboards.

My daughter and I had an absolutely delightful weeklong stay at the Waldbort Grathoren in Wengen. The apartment was everything we could hope for - clean, well appointed, good location - all in a spectacular Wengen setting. The owner/manager were very easy to work with and conveniently located nearby. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and will certainly look to return to this property again on a future trip.
