This property is located in Balboa between 13th & 14th St. between Newport and Balboa Piers. You can walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, and boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.
For those of you with kids, The nearby Bay beach is perfect for families. Marina Park is just a few blocks away with a giant Grass area to hang out, and there is a playground on the oceanfront at the elementary school across the street, making this home an ideal location for families.

Shared laundry facilities are located in the garage and is pay per use.Please be courteous and respectful when using this shared space. Be mindful of other guests' schedules and remove items promptly.

Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may apply to cover any repairs or damages caused by pets.

Nice place but not having AC makes for a sweaty stay. It's conveniently located across the street from the beach which was great. The house was clean. However, there is no room for food storage. If you plan to buy groceries you may want to minimize non-refridgerated items. Also, the garage is tiny and barely fits a minivan.

Being located right between 13th and 14th streets means you’re perfectly centered between the Balboa Fun Zone/Ferry and all the shops around 22nd street. And of course the beach is right across the street.
Our favorite place to eat was Sanchos Tacos, the flounder pounder tacos. There was also a free trolley that was running on Saturdays and Sundays while we were there.
