Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.

This condo exceeded my expectations. It not only has the most beautiful view of the ocean but the small details really made the stay enjoyable. The way the condo is decorated was very modern and nice compared to a lot of the other condos in the area. It was pretty rainy and cool during our stay so the basket with blankets in the living room made me feel at home. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed for cooking. The only small details I wish it had was salt and pepper and some sort of disinfectant spray so I could keep the area clean while we were there. Otherwise everything was perfect! I highly recommend.
