Summer Special!!! No Cleaning Fee June, July, and August.....Get the privacy you deserve, no sharing this property, it's all yours! Cozy single house with a big feel. This house has a very large, beautiful bathroom, a full kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils, a dining area complete with a chandelier, a living room with an electric fireplace and flat screen tv, internet, and cable. Queen-sized Murphy bed with Linens included. There is a privacy-fenced yard complete with screen patio and furniture for morning coffee or evening dinners, and relaxing on a lazy day. You can't beat the location, close to the beaches. Dunedin Beach and downtown Dunedin are a short 15-minute drive. Downtown New Port Richey is a 5-minute drive, and Tarpon Springs (Sponge Docks, Restaurants, Nightlife) is 5 minutes away. You will literally be in the middle of everything.

Adorable little spot perfect for 1-2 people. The covered back porch area and backyard area were absolutely beautiful to sit out on, lots of plants and flowers. A bunch of little cute anoles (native fl lizards) in the yard too. The living area is smaller, but it was just my other half and myself so for two people it’s honestly set up perfect. Spacious bathroom with washer and dryer which was a plus. The host was above and beyond kind. He left a little packet with restaurant recommendations and was very communicative. Would 100% stay here again.

Tom's place was so cute! It was clean, though the dishes needed a little extra love when I got there. The bed was comfortable and the space was perfect for one person. Absolutely loved the screened lanai area! Having the covered driveway was also really nice.
