Step into the townhome and you'll immediately notice the stairs leading up to the main level. To the right, there's a charming first bedroom adorned with mountain-themed decor and featuring a Queen bed, a ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combination.

On the main level, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen boasting modern stainless steel appliances and elegant granite countertops. The breakfast bar comfortably seats 3, while the dining room provides ample space for 6 people, making it perfect for enjoying meals together. The living room offers vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, and plush seating to create a cozy atmosphere to unwind. Feel free to snuggle up by the gas fireplace and enjoy the provided board games. Adorning the living room walls are striking images of Colorado wildlife and breathtaking landscapes. The back-deck camera does not record and is used by the owner to monitor snow conditions and determine when the heated mats should be activated to help prevent ice buildup. The camera’s view is blocked by the hot tub cover when the hot tub is in use, ensuring guest privacy.
