Inside, the home features a comfortable and functional layout with just under 1,300 square feet of living space. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals at home, with a dining area that seats six for easy gatherings. The living space is designed for relaxing after a day at the beach, with central air conditioning throughout to keep things comfortable.
The home offers three bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, including one with a queen bed and another with a double bed and bunk beds. The second floor features a third bedroom with two twin beds, making it a great setup for families or small groups.

Very well appointed house, close to the beach. Has everything you need. As a matter of fact, we brought way too much with us and didn't need to (blankets are provided) and they have a ton of cleaning products and access to so many other things.The house is on a quiet street and we really enjoyed our stay.The cons were few, but the central A/C is not that strong and doesn't feel very cool upstairs in the room that seems like it is a converted attic. We found it to be extremely hot even with the A/C on. Plus the twin beds were a little uncomfortable for adults. I'm sure they are fine for young kids but as adults we found it difficult to sleep in them.We had a few minor issues with the place upon check in but they were addressed in a timely manner.Overall -a nice place for 4 adults and a few kids.

Very nice house with all of the amenities needed for a Cape vacation. Good location in a quiet neighborhood but is close to the beach and activities. The house was very clean and spacious. Wold love to stay here again!
