Very cozy cottage. The house was very clean and the Landlords are very friendly. Ideal starting point for day trips around Sussex/Kent. We will visit again.

This is our second time of staying here. Beautiful house in an amazing setting which has been meticulously designed and thought out. More comfortable than our actual home! Highly recommended.

The cottage is convenient, neat and clean. Every mod con (almost too modern for me!) but very nice. We had a lovely holiday there.

This is a comfortable and very well equipped cottage in a good location to explore the area. It is close to Rye, and a reasonable drive to both Battle and Dover. There is a very nice pub within walking distance, and St. Thomas's church is worth the visit. You should be aware that parking can be a challenge on the narrow road with other cars parked close by, and that both the bathroom and half bath are on the first floor.. Overall a pleasant stay.
