This beautiful apartment located on the seafront and in the heart of La Baule benefits from all the comfort to allow you to have an excellent stay! Its most ideal location allows you to do everything on foot! Beach, shops, market and restaurants are just a few steps away! Then go and discover the wild coast, the salt marshes or the Brière regional natural park.
Seafront apartment of 83 m² located in La Baule-Escoublac on the 1st floor with lift that can accommodate up to 6 people (ideally 4 adults and 2 children). It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds as well as a sofa bed in the living room. It has an 18 m² terrace with sea view and garden furniture, a television, an ironing table and iron, a washing machine and a hairdryer. As for the independent kitchen, it is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a cafetière, a kettle and a toaster. You also have an outdoor parking space.
