Welcome to our home in Flagstaff! This newly constructed home is ready to host lucky travelers like you! Located on the East side of Flagstaff with close access to Mount Elden Hiking trails, Cinder Pits, and scenic areas of the San Francisco Peaks! The home location is not far from highly sought-after locations and still backs up to national forest land! A 5 min drive to restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater and Flagstaff`s Shopping Mall! Your next great memories awaits here!
-Master Bedroom (King Bed) w/ master bathroom with walk-in shower, Walk-in closet, and a lock-off toilet room.
Second Level (Upstairs):
- Guest bedroom (King Bed) w/ Private balcony over the front of the home
-2nd Master Bedroom (Queen Bed) w/ full private bathroom with bath tub/shower combo, closet, and work desk.
-Gest bedroom (Full Bed & Bunk bed: Twin over Full)
Guests have access to the entire home
Recently constructed neighborhood close to national forest land
*There is an additional fee for having pets. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.*
*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*
*For cancelled reservations, anything within the cancellation window will be granted a full refund minus the 4% processing fee.*
*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*
*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.
-Cleaning fees will be double for all stays that are 10 nights and over
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
--If Hot Tub is found dirty, there is a $100 fee that will be processed for draining and refilling.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict `No-party policy`. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is `all 4 on the floor` this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. Please make sure your pet is included in your reservation and the fee with automatically be applied to your stay.

The place was clean and nice. Wish there were too sheets on the bed but our main issue was with the towels. Most of them were hard and crunchy. When we reached out to our contact regarding this they should have brought us fresh towels. Instead we used the towels for the hot tub. The issue with the towels may have come from the fact you are to put all your towels in the washer and start it before you leave. The washer is way too small for this. If the towels were crammed in and left there for awhile this may have caused the issue. Due to the small size of the washer we started an appropriate size load and had to leave the rest to go in the next load. And we set all the crunchy towels aside with a note so they could see the state they were in when we arrived. Hopefully they will remedy this situation.

The property was perfect for our needs. It was a sibling trip to the Grand Canyon and coming back to the home was relaxing in the evening.My only suggestions would be:**more towels in the bathrooms.**the kitchen was lacking in proper utensils if preparing food. I only had a bread knife to cut a watermelon and it was breaking. We ate all meals but breakfast out so it was not a problem for us. Wonderful dishes and glasses.

The house was clean and in good condition, some of the amenities could definitely use some updating. We were a group of 8 and there weren’t even enough wash cloths for each person to take a shower without having to do laundry. Some of the washcloths also had holes in them. The can opener is completely broken so we had to purchase one to open our canned beans to go with dinner. The hand soap dispensers were meant for foam soap but had liquid soap in them so they did not work. Our spatula looks like it had been melted by previous guests and needs to be replaced. Additionally some of the beds only had comforters on them and did not have a sheet. Some simple updates would make this more of a home away from home.
