Was in Topsail for a Marine retirement party and the location and accommodations were great for us. The condo was clean and spacious with incredible ocean views. The property was well maintained and had a yummy coffee shop and restaurant on site. The one inconvenience was the unit did not provide bed linens or towels of any kind. Bringing your own linens in a carry on is impossible and the linen rental fee was expensive.

Everything was wonderful! The view was amazing. The resort was very welcoming with lots to do, especially for families.

While this was not a bad stay, this is a no frills accommodation. The condo is in need of a refresh (i.e. feels very dated). The beds could use replacement or toppers as they are very hard, the bathroom fixtures not impressive - master shower was tiny. Also, feels like the owners are not around as simple things like the refrigerator light bulb were out. We did chuckle about the VCR tapes available to watch. The location on the beach was great!
