The cabin was very nice. They didn't tell me that you don't get a check in code until the exact time you are able to check in. They don't provide very many garbage bags. But, other than that, I would go back and use them. I just know now to take extra items with me like garbage bags, pizza pans, etc.

Great place and great location near Rocky Top Sports Complex.

Great location! Beautiful cabin! Quiet neighborhood!

When we initially arrived, the door was unlocked and would not lock without pulling up and out trying to meet the hole in the frame. Someone did come out and locked it.But it was really a pain in the butt the whole time. When we called, it seemed like they knew about this ahead of time by their response on the phone. Also the closet doors in the downstairs bedroom, one of the doors was not in the track. We did not get notice til about 3pm something that it was ready and cleaned but it did not look like it. Outside there were leaves everywhere on the stairs and the entrance to the home and on the chairs, etc. I would be concerned that some elderly people or even kids would slip on all that. The blinds in the front room were also ripped. Just not what I saw in the pictures.! Kind of disappointing.
