Experience the penthouse feel with soaring ceilings and a laid-back ambiance. Enjoy the great beach view from the comfort of the living and dining room, or sit out on the private patio with your favorite beverage and watch the pelicans glide. You can enjoy the view as you prepare the family meal in the fully equipped and open kitchen. The master has a comfortable king-sized bed and a private adjoining bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has an ample queen-sized bed. The guest bathroom has a glass-enclosed, marble tiled walk-in shower. The living room has a flat screen TV equipped with local cable service and both bedrooms have flat screen TV's equipped with ROKU for the cord cutters. A queen-sized Aerobed is also available in the closet to accommodate two more vacationers. For your technological convenience, USB ports are located in the master bedroom & kitchen.
