We offer a charming cottage with a side covered patio to sit and rest, while enjoying our yard, our waterfall & lots of feathered friends. We've pulled out all the stops to make your stay a memorable one and provide you with all the comforts of home.
We're less than 5 miles to any & all attractions the City of Oaks has to offer.
We look forward to hosting you at our Water Feature Cottage.
Our cottage is one of a kind with the water feature and landscaping. Parking pad at the front door. There are no steps at the entrance door because you are at ground level.
There is a private back covered patio with seating and a grill.
We designed this space to be just the right size for comfort and a great place to get away from your daily travels into the city during the day.
Our goal is to make your stay a memorable one.
Come and visit and make sure you feel right at home during your stay.
This is a non-smoking property, if you are a smoker you will need to book with another host. If you have visitors, they must abide by the same rules.

The Water Feature Cottage was perfect for our 5 night stay, just the right size for 2 people, but also comfortable for our son to visit. The cottage was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night. The "back porch" patio is perfect for enjoying coffee or drinks and the landscaping is beyond beautiful. We really enjoyed watching birds, listening to frogs and discussing plants with Larry. Thank you Larry, Sandra and (of course) Hobbs!

This weekend I wanted to get away from the noise of my home life but I didn't want to go far. This place was the place that made me feel like I was at home away from home. The ambience of backyard and the quiet atmosphere made it perfect for an outdoor dinner. The interior of the home was just a cozy.
Larry and Sarah was so kind and outgoing and made this a smooth experience.
