The welcoming apartment is a 45m² accommodation that has been completely renovated and decorated at present.
It is located in front of Victoria beach and is very close to areas of interest such as supermarkets, excellent restaurants, tapas bars and city entertainment. Additionally, in the summer, you can enjoy the fantastic sporting atmosphere of Cadis Arena, a seasonal sports stadium located just in front of the accommodation. It is a very well-connected area where parking will not be a problem as it has a private parking space.
It has 1 bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The building has a lift and the apartment has a small 3m2 terrace to enjoy the best sunsets with sea views.
🆔📄 Clients must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Andalusian Board on Housing for Tourist Purposes).
📲 This apartment has an ELECTRONIC LOCK and opens with the mobile phone so that, if you do the online check-in, you won't have to go through our office at all! If not, you will have to go to CARRER LÀSER DOU, 2 office CADIZ4RENTALS.

Nice property with everything you need - good air-conditioning, clean, has a washer, which is nice although we didn’t get a chance to use it. it is near the old cemetery in town, which is a little surprising to us but good access to the beach and the Boardwalk area. About a 25 minute walk to old Cádiz along the boardwalk . Having a video to show instructions on how to get in the building and work the various keys would be very helpful for future renters.

La situación, el garaje, el estado del apartamento completamente nuevo
Falta algún pequeño detalle como una mesita de noche con luz.La conexión WiFi también podría mejorarse.
