There was a large fenced in yard for pets, the only issue would be the screen patio was no longer there. We had no shade for the hot tub. Otherwise, everything was great.

Our stay was exactly what was advertised and communicated. Great stay for our family of four and would consider this listing if traveling back in the future. Communication was very easy and host was quick to respond.

Good location, fair priced. Nice offering of snacks, and coffee when we arrived. My littles (13,11,11) loved the game room in the garage. The hot tub was great after a long day. Ac and furnace worked well. Nice to have a washer and dryer so I don’t have to do laundry when I get home. I’m not used to having to turn on the furnace in Florida, but it was in the 40’s. A cookie sheet would be a welcome addition in the kitchen. Family of 7.

The house was okay for the price. However, the sectional needs replaced. It’s seen better days. My husband and I couldn’t hardly get out of it. We had to watch tv in bed. The screened porch is gone and the outside furniture has pretty much deteriorated being out in the elements. Bed was comfortable and host was pleasant.
