Ideally located near the charming bastide town of Eymet, and close to Château de Bridoire and Château de Monbazillac, La Tuilière is just 20 minutes south of Bergerac and its airport, with convenient low-cost flights.
Set within 3 acres of peaceful, unspoiled countryside, this charming character property has been carefully renovated to preserve its original features, including exposed stone walls and beautiful beamed ceilings, while offering modern comfort and convenience throughout.
Elegantly furnished and equipped to a high standard, La Tuilière is the perfect setting for family reunions, anniversaries, celebrations, wine-tasting weekends, or memorable holidays with friends.
The property comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests across 8 en-suite bedrooms:
• 2 bedrooms with twin beds
• 5 bedrooms with king-size beds
• 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed
The house also features:
• A spacious dining room
• A comfortable living room
• A fully equipped kitchen with generous work surfaces, a large hob, and two ovens
• A utility room
• An additional guest WC near the living areas
Four bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with the remaining four on the first floor.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private heated swimming pool (11m x 5m) with a large terrace offering uninterrupted views across the surrounding vineyards and countryside. For added peace of mind, the pool is fitted with an immersion alarm for the safety of young children.
The property is provided with:

La Tuilière is our family home when not rented and is lovingly maintained throughout the year. During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the entire property, gardens, pool, and all amenities, ensuring complete privacy and relaxation.
The property is generally rented from Saturday to Saturday. However, please feel free to contact us with your specific requirements, as we may be able to offer some flexibility depending on availability.

Fantastic holiday in a great house, the facilities were excellent and the house very well equipped. We were a family party of 12 adults, but the house, pool area and gardens were big enough to still feel spacious, with large dining areas inside and outside. The house would also be great for families with children. Claire and Kieran were very helpful, and always responded quickly to any queriesThe local towns, particularly Eymet and Bergerac are beautiful. Thank you!
