Walk into the lower level off of the garage (one car) and drop all your gear in the plentiful storage areas. Head upstairs to the main level and you'll fall in love with the open kitchen, living area and dining room, all of which open up to the private deck with bistro table seating and a private gas grill. From this deck you can see the slopes of the resort and the surrounding mountains. The kitchen is decked out with everything the chef in your group could ask for including a double oven and all stainless steel appliances. The plush living room has all new furniture, a cozy gas fireplace and a large TV that's perfect to watch the game on. Head upstairs for the second lounge that's decked out with another large TV, multiple seating options and even a vintage Star Wars pinball machine.
Ready to rest easy? Check out the Primary King Suite on the main level featuring an ensuite bathroom, large walk in closet, private deck and private washer & dryer. There's an additional King Suite on the lower level that also has a large ensuite full bathroom. On the upper level, off the second lounge area, there is a plush Queen bedroom and a great bunk room with a Twin over Full bunk bed. You'll also love the desk/office space in the bunk room for when you need to work remotely or the kids need to catch up on school work. Beautiful and spacious townhome that was very close to downtown. Would definitely recommend booking this gem. Large enough for multiple families to stay together. Would stay there again.

We so enjoyed our stay at Emerald View. There were 4 adults, two grandsons 12 and 20.
It was quiet, beautifully decorated, and completely stocked with all the essentials and then some. One of the best features was a large deck FACING EAST. No need for shades or other items to block bright sunshine at happy hour. Oh yes—great staff. They promised to let us know if the unit would be ready before the official check in time. How about that? Hope we can enjoy Emerald View again.

Property is just as described. Kitchen is better stocked than most VRBOs we have stayed in. Everything was super clean. The winter shuttle service was top notch and a lifesaver for those skiing. Last but not least, property management was all over communication and simply checking in to make sure everything was going well.

Let's start with what is wonderful about this home. We loved the area and the loction is good. It's convenient to everything. It is decorated beautifully. The kitchen is amazing with high end appliances and pots and pans, very well equipped. The view of the slopes is beautiful as well. HOWEVER, this home is 2300 sq ft + but not depicted as is actually laid out. The living area is small and the dining area is so tight you can't walk behind the table. It is 1/2 walled off from the main area. Most of the house is in the bedrooms. The bottom level bedroom, while very large, is horrible. The smell from the room, the sheets and bedding was so terrible I had to sleep in another room. It smelled like sweaty bodies, sheets and bedding that hadn't been laundered in ages. Pillows in ALL the rooms smelled old and used. And easy fix to give the appearance of cleanliness. While the view and deck were beautiful, they pictures don't show the deck is over the parking lot. Most of the view is of cars and the other townhouses. The "deck" off the primary bedroom is small and has a high top table but NO CHAIRS. So it's not useable. The garage, which is part of the reason we chose this rental doesn't say there is a car stored in the garage. We have E bikes that need to be under lock and key and why we chose a "garage". There was barely enough room for our car, let alone bikes. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with this rental. I feel the pictures were misleading and the bedding, rugs, need some serious attention to cleanliness.
