Fantastic Stay!We stayed in this Nashville condo for a family birthday trip, and it was the perfect home base for our week in the city. The location couldn’t be better — everything we wanted to do was an easy 10–15 minute drive, yet the building itself felt peaceful and tucked away.The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. Both balconies overlooked the river, which made mornings and evenings especially relaxing. There are train tracks nearby, but being on the 5th floor kept the noise minimal and never bothersome.The beds were extremely comfortable with fresh linens and plenty of clean towels — it honestly felt like staying in an upscale hotel. We had two cars, and parking was simple: one in the gated garage space and the other under the covered awning at the neighboring Riverfront Condominiums all week without any issues.Check‑in was a breeze thanks to the host’s detailed and reliable messages before and during our trip. Communication was friendly, professional, and full of helpful local tips. Check‑out was just as easy.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Nashville!

GREAT LOCATION! Such a charming little place with fun views of the Cumberland and Nissan Stadium. Loved the outdoor space and the mural of Dolly…I mean, come on…it’s DOLLY! The host was lovely and very responsive. Would totally stay again!

Great place to stay no matter the occasion. Very spacious, great view of the river, literally almost on it with terraces that rest above it. Around ten minute walk to Broadway, but off the beaten path, very quiet. Also, has private secure parking area, bonus! Loved the decor, and will definitely stay here again.
