Walking distance to BJC hospital, Forest Park, Restaurants, and Bars. Very close to St. Louis downtown attractions including Gateway Arch National Park , Busch stadium and Union station.
You will love the historic charm of this house and at the same the comfort of the renovated Kitchen and bathrooms. 2 large kitchens with beautiful granite, new appliances on each story. 5 large bedroom equipped with queen-sized beds. 2 Full bathroom with fullsize bathtub and large vanity sink 1 on each floor. Laundry and Dryer in each floor.

We had a fantastic stay at this property while attending a soccer tournament with a large group—3 dads and 7 sixteen-year-old players. The house was very clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.Not something I usually highlight, but we were traveling with 7 boys so I have to mention the hot water situation—it seemed like the water heater had an endless supply, which was greatly appreciated after long tournament days when everyone needed a shower. Check-in and check-out were both simple and hassle-free. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and felt very safe. The neighbors we encountered were friendly and welcoming.The host was responsive, easy to communicate with, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone, especially larger groups traveling together.

We rented the full house/both apartments for a weekend and it was perfect! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds extremely comfortable, and the house was clean. It is an old house, so if you have people who go to bed at different hours, the creaky floors might be a problem for light sleepers, but we really loved our stay!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this two story spacious home. We rented the entire home, which is technically two units so we had two living rooms and two kitchens. Plenty of space for our party. We'd happily stay here again!
