Here is your Light Hideaway near BER Airport - a compact and cozy apartment designed for relaxed stays in a quiet residential neighborhood of Berlin Rudow.



The apartment features two bedrooms, a bright living area with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups looking for a comfortable stay close to BER Airport and the Adlershof science center.



The Space:

This newly built apartment offers a comfortable and practical layout with everything you need for a pleasant stay.



The apartment includes:



• a living room with sofa bed and Smart TV

• a fully equipped kitchen

• *two bedrooms

• a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine



*Please note that one of the bedrooms is located in the upper gallery and can only be accessed via a steep wooden staircase.

While many younger guests and families enjoy the unique loft-style layout, it may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.



The lower bedroom features a double bed (140 cm), while the upper gallery offers two single beds (90 cm each), which can be arranged together or separately.

The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space.



The apartment is ideal for 2-4 guests, while up to 6 guests can stay comfortably for shorter visits.



The kitchen is fully equipped with:



• refrigerator with freezer

• coffee machine

• kettle

• microwave

• dishwasher

• toaster

• cookware, dishes and cutlery



The living room includes a 36-inch Smart TV with HDMI connection. Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming services can be used with your own accounts.



High-speed Wi-Fi allows you to work remotely or stream without issues.



Please note: the entrance area and front garden are still being completed after the renovation of the house. Inside, the apartment is fully finished and ready to enjoy.



Guest Access:

Guests enter the house through the main entrance and reach the apartment via the stairs to the first floor.

Your host lives in the same building and is available if you need assistance.



**Early Access**



To maintain our quality standards, we require a preparation window between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on arrival days.



If the apartment is ready earlier, we will gladly offer a complimentary early check-in and inform you proactively.



Guests who require a **guaranteed early check-in** may book this option for a service fee, which covers the additional resources needed for an expedited cleaning and inspection process.

The apartment is located in Berlin Rudow, a quiet residential neighborhood in the south of the city.



Within about 10 minutes walking distance you will find:



• supermarkets

• cafés and restaurants

• bakeries

• small local shops

• ice cream parlors



The area is calm and family-friendly while still offering easy access to the city.



Getting Around:

Transport connections are convenient:



• U-Bahn station Rudow - 10 minutes walking distance

• about 40 minutes to Berlin city center

• BER Airport - about 12 minutes by car



Parking is usually available directly on the street in front of the house.



Nearby attractions include:



• Adlershof Science Center

• Hurricane Factory Berlin (indoor skydiving) - about 12 minutes by car

• Tropical Islands Resort - about 1 hour by car

• If you are looking for a place to party, this apartment is not the right fit. It is designed for quiet and comfortable stays.

• Please use the Wi-Fi responsibly. Downloading copyrighted or restricted content is prohibited under German law.

• This is a non-smoking apartment.

Guests who disregard our house rules or disturb others may have their reservation cancelled without refund.
