Pool wasn’t heated when we arrived. They do provide a refund which was acceptable.

The Host was very helpful, the house was big enough for 3 families. The amenities were fantastic the pool is fun for the entire family! Overall very happy with the stay. Typical beds kinda hard but it was fine. The only complaints is I’m kinda a clean freak so it could have been cleaned better and they don’t supply you with wash clothes. So bring some for showering.

The location is in a great spot. It's near alot of shopping centers Walmart, Publix and food restaurants very convenient. Not far from Universal Studios and close to Disney World. The house met our needs but whomever cleans after each guests need to step their game up. But over all my family and i enjoyed ourselves we extended the stay for an extra day.

Host welcoming yes. Place was not super clean, we had to report but got some additional cleaning. Location overall met our needs.
