Cozy Modern Apartment -Close to Beaches, Dive Centers- 4 minutes away

The property was spotlessly clean. The air conditioning and ceiling fans worked well and kept the place cool. Our host , Robert, was quick to respond when we had an issue with the TV and he came over straight away to fix the problem. Tv had Netflix. Lit hen was well equipped with microwave and stove. Oven worked well . Bathroom had a large glass walk in shower. Good strong water pressure. Large white fluffy towels. One suggestion would be to put some hooks in the bathroom for towels or clothing. There was a small towel rail. The bedroom had a large mirrored closet. Would have liked a few more hangers as there were only 3 or 4. Bed was extremely comfortable and large with beside tables and lamps. The two dressers in the bedroom had extra bedding in them. Our host provided 2 large beach towels, 2 beach chairs and a good sized cooler for the trips to the beach. Parking is on the premises beside the unit we were in. The property is in a residential area and I would recommend a car rental to get around for convenience to get groceries and to explore the island. There is a bus not to far but they are infrequent with no timetable. I liked the property. It was well kept. If I had anything that wished I could change it would be more natural light. There is a small window In the kitchen. There are two heavily curtained windows in the bedroom that if opened look into the parking area. No windows in the bathroom. Overall I would recommend this property .

Excellent host and room was amazing

Robert's apartment in West Bay was such a great find! Super reasonably priced compared to other Grand Cayman options, and had everything you'd need to enjoy an excellent vacation, especially if you'd prefer to have a few of your meals at home rather than paying the high restaurant prices around the island for every meal. So close to great snorkeling at Macabuca/Cracked Conch, the best restaurant food for your money at Heritage Kitchen, a very nearby Fosters grocery store and other West Bay conveniences (Liberty's is also very close by if you get an Asian food craving.) Don't hesitate at all to choose this property.

The apartment was nice. It would have rated higher if the air conditioning worked better. The first 24 hours were hot and uncomfortable, and after that it became tolerable. A kitchen towel and a makeup mirror would have also been nice.
