Enjoyed both beach & pool. Secure facility. View of Ocean great. Grounds maintenance needed help. 1 person employed to maintain the entire complex, including pool. Chairs & umbrellas around pool need upgrading. Condo had only 1 tv in living room. No real time sports.

This property was as-described, in great shape, well appointed, and in a lovely location right across the lawn from the beach. The pool was also great, as was the feeling of security with the full gated community. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come again!One note is that the property management web-app they use had incorrect information for both driving directions and gate entry instructions, so be sure to clarify with the friendly and communicative host before you show up and are surprised by that.
