The apartment is located on Via Marche, on the second floor (with elevator access) of an elegant 19th century palazzo.

It was completely renovated in 2018 using high quality materials and a minimal, modern design aesthetic. The spaces were designed to offer the utmost comfort and convenience.

The entrance opens into the living room with an open kitchen. Here you can come together in the evening, seated around the large oval “Tulip” style table, a timeless design from the 1960s. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to prepare an Italian meal for your family and friends. In the kitchen you’ll find a traditional oven and microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. Finally, a plush sofa provides a comfortable place to relax at the end of an eventful day in front of a Smart TV.

Three bedrooms are located off the living room: one bedroom with two single beds, a triple room composed of one double bed and a single bed, and a third bedroom with a double bed. There are two baths; both are finished with resin wall and floor treatments, and feature showers and contemporary fixtures. One of the baths is ensuite in the double bedroom.

The apartment includes a washing machine and complimentary high speed WiFi internet. All the bedrooms have a TV and usb charging outlets.

The windows of the apartment face a peaceful and quiet inner courtyard which affords a noiseless environment.
