This dreamlike house is located in the village of S. Maria del Giudice - between Lucca and Pisa. A lot of comfort for little money! The covered outdoor area is furnished with a rattan sofa and rattan armchairs, table and chairs, outdoor lighting. There is also a gazebo with sunbeds and a large barbecue. The garden is very well maintained!
The house is furnished with great attention to detail, in a modern style, to make the guests' stay as pleasant as possible. There are terracotta floors on the ground floor and parquet flooring on the 1st floor. This house is an ideal solution for people with a small handicap, as practically everything is on the ground floor.

Recommendations and day trips:
The owners provide 3 mountain bikes and 1 racing bike on payment. The owners also offer (on payment) a transfer from the airport to the holiday home or other day trips (English-speaking driver). A public swimming pool, tennis club and golf driving ranch are located nearby (Vicopelago 6 km). There is even a riding stable in the village of S. Maria del Giudice.
There are numerous hiking trails in the vicinity of the house. For the fitter ones, we recommend the "Passo di Dante", a wonderful vantage point with panoramic views onto Pisa and the sea.
This house is an ideal starting point for visiting the most important art cities in Tuscany such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena. The white sandy beaches of the Versilia coast are just a stone's throw away.
