This luxury beach-theme vacation home is stocked with everything you need so you can relax and enjoy the island!
As you step into this lovely furnished home, you feel refreshed as you gaze up toward the open-air 14 foot ceilings. Enter the living room to a plush new sectional sofa and comfy sitting chair. Past the living area, you'll find a beautifully appointed dining table with seating for 6 guests to enjoy a delicious meal - plus more seating out on the lanai.
The fully equipped kitchen offers ample granite countertop space for preparing a home-cooked meal while your travel companions join you. Enjoy the feast at the nearby dining table, while taking in the views of the pool as you dine. The chef in your group will appreciate the new stainless steel appliances.
Bask in the sun when you head out onto the brand new screened-in lanai to take a refreshing swim in the sparkling, heated (always 85) pool - oriented with southern exposure so it's in the warm sunshine all day. Then dry off under the warm Florida sun as you soak up the rays on the plush chaise lounge chairs.
When hunger strikes, cookout on the gas grill and enjoy your lunch at the nearby patio table. After a fun-filled day, retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms for a peaceful slumber. Free beach access nearby, private southern exposure pool in a private setting, very quiet residential street with little traffic. Exceptional for families with kids. Enjoy the two-lane-wide bike path that traverses all the way to the beach - amazing! Just minutes by bike or walk.
If you decide to bring your pet, there is a $45 per pet per day fee that is charged separately from the reservation. The fee will be sent through Airbnb resolutions.
Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.
Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.
Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.

Nicely kept home. Worked good for our group of 7. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We enjoyed the property very much. The only issue we had was the pool which due to the rain we feel need to be cleaned. The agent acted professionally and send to correct the issue. Everything else was on point. We will definitely consider this property for future vacation.

Great property, close to everything. Pool was great, great for a family to gather. It was clean. Would come back again.

There were a lot of little things that added up, and although very responsive things they couldn’t fix during our stay.
Temp in the house seemed warm, and fan in master didn’t work, which made sleeping uncomfortable.
Kitchen was stocked with the bare minimum of items, like no sheet pans or minimal glassware, you should not expect to have a full use kitchen.
Several things broken that I had to report so they didn’t think we did it, like one of two lounge chairs, tiles in pool, cigarette butts left in multiple places yet they say they’ll charge you if you leave them. I had to keep reporting things to them which was frustrating.
Like the kitchen, not enough supplies. We ran out of toilet paper & trash bags on our last day, and none of us could go get any. We literally were rationing our toilet paper to make it through.
It says it supplies shower essentials, but it seemed like left over travel items from other people. Could barely have enough towels for shower & pool, and not enough wash cloths.
We thought we’d just wash towels daily, but the dryer didn’t work well. We had to run items at least 3 times to get them dry.
