Offering easy access to premier restaurants, shops, and the airport, this exceptional vacation rental home has all you need. It even includes 4 bicycles and a stand-up paddle board!

Make yourself comfortable in the welcoming living area, where you’ll find a lavish new sofa and love seat set in front of a large flat-screen TV. Log on to WiFi, or watch your favorite movies on the smart TV which includes a wealth of streaming platforms for your viewing pleasure - Netflix, Prime, Apple TV, Hulu, and many more.
Just off of the living room, you’ll be delighted with the quaint and rustic kitchen that comes fully equipped with a nice modular refrigerator and freezer, including a full suite of appliances. Enjoy home-cooked meals on a well-lit dining table beautifully set for 6, or step out onto the patio table to savor your meal in the spacious lanai.

Peace, quiet and convenience. Get the best of both as you unwind in this quiet, peaceful neighborhood that happens to be conveniently located within 20 minutes from most everything the Sarasota area has to offer!
First and foremost, go to the beach! Lido Beach is free, clean and fantastic. Though visitors have access to several beaches in Sarasota County, one of the easiest to reach from downtown is Lido Beach. Situated less than 5 miles southwest of the city center, Lido Beach on Lido Key offers more than 3,000 feet of white sand. Several recreation areas, with amenities like picnic tables and a pool (which can be enjoyed for a fee), are also available.
Next check out the John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art, which features thousands of Medieval, Renaissance, Greek, Roman and Cypriot antiquities and works of art, is the main attraction on The Ringling museum campus. Numerous galleries showcase pieces from Ringling Bros. Circus co-founder John Ringling's personal collection, including paintings by Velázquez, Rubens and Veronese.
Nature lovers will surely enjoy the Myakka River State Park. Considered one of Florida's oldest and largest state parks, Myakka River State Park stretches across 58 square miles of wetlands, hammocks, pinelands and prairies. The area also features a river and two lakes, making it a prime place to enjoy water activities like canoeing, kayaking and fishing. Or, visitors can tour the lakes via one of the attraction's airboats, which are the largest in the world.
Even more natural beauty can be found at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. Once the home and grounds of amateur gardener Marie Selby, the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens opened to the public in 1975 after the death of its namesake. The garden, which specializes in epiphytes (or plants that grow on other plant species) features thousands of varieties in its outdoor gardens and more than 20,000 plants spread throughout its eight greenhouses. Flora found on-site include ferns, bamboo, banyan trees and orchids.

The house and amenities were amazing. It was perfect for what we needed. There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable. It does sleep 8 if you use the pull out couch. The property had everything- pool toys, beach towels, laundry facilities and supplies coolers and chairs to take to the beach as well as a vast selection of games for all ages at the house for entertainment. It is also close to many activities. The beach is about 20ish minutes away and there is lots of shopping and food within a few miles. Very glad we selected this property and if we are in this area again will choose this location.

I thought it was weird that the property manager came into the property while I was staying there after I asked them not to. The pool was really nice but it’s not heated. Everything is 15-20 minutes away but for the value it was a nice clean house with a lot of room and a really clean pool.

This 3 bedroom home was perfect for our family visit to Sarasota. The house was very clean and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated that supplies for outings to the beach (small cooler, beach bag, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc.) were available. The only issue we had (broken coffee maker) was resolved in a few hours after we reported it. The website pictures of the house are an accurate reflection of the rental. The location is convenient to grocery stores, etc. We would stay again.
