Come and enjoy the mountains and festivals all year round with your 14 closest friends. House sleep 15 guests. Walking distance to movie theatre, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, stores, post office. House is close to all - private and secluded with no close neighbors. With fireplace , great play room, board games, foosball, pool table, shuffle board , darts, x-box is impossible to be bored. Each bedroom has cable and blueray player. With 150 dvd’s in the house there’s always something to watch. outside fire pit , hot tub , large deck and outdoor games as well. Wood floors and original doors. 3 bedrooms w balconies. Comfortable beds w/ new pillows, sheets, linens & comforters. Large dining room, cozy living room w stone fireplace & 55' led TV. Outdoor grill, fire pit & nice landscaping. walk to movie theater, post office, hardware store & playground for kids. 1 mile to Hunter Mtn Ski slopes and 11 miles to Windham Mtn. Fabulous Year-Round Get-Away. Ski, Ride, Golf, Bike, Hike, Eat, Drink, Dance, Shop, Festivals, Water-Park, Zip-Line...All within minutes.

My family was extremely satisfied with the place . Plenty of games to entertain our boys and the house was clean.

House was very clean. Communication with owner was excellent - very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was a little old, but seemed clean (we did not use it).

The host Andrew was very nice to let us have an early check in, the location of the property is awesome, only a mile away from the Hunter Mtn, the neighborhood is also nice and quiet but there are a lot of “but”s about this property.Electrical Problems: Many lights in the general play area were not working, and while you asked your friend Andy to provide floor lamps (from which only one was usable) as a temporary fix, the power outlets in the same area were also non-functional, indicating a broader electrical issue.Hot Tub Malfunction and Hygiene Concerns: The hot tub failed to maintain a consistent temperature, dropping from the intended 102-104F to 96Fwithin 30 minutes, making it unusable. Additionally, there was visible mold in some areas, rendering it unsafe for use.Overall Poor Condition of the Unit: The general state of the property was below expectations, with a couch that was visibly damaged and worn past its usable lifespan, the cabinets in the kitchen are in poor condition, barely hanging on screws on a 2x4 wood, most of the pans were greasy, the grill had a rotten base and was dirty with some meat leftovers.Given these issues, our stay did not meet the standards expected from a VRBO listing, and we were unable to fully enjoy the amenities as advertised.The host agreed to refund 250 for the inconvenience, but that’s less than 10% from the price of the stay, which felt a bit insulting. Overall would’t recommend to stay at this property.
