The Space:
Welcome to this cosy 90 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Lovat Lane in the heart of the City of London. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 king bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The apartment has a full en-suite bathroom in Bedroom 1 with a shower/bathtub, and a second full bathroom accessible via the hallway.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has floor heating (electric thermostat) throughout the cooler months.

Need a cot or high chair? We can arrange it for your arrival — just let us know after booking:
- Baby cot — £50 for the stay
- High chair — £50 for the stay
- Both together — £70 for the stay

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
Guest Access:
The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.

The location was great for site viewing. The flat was nice and clean. The only thing not perfect was that the maintenance guys showed up twice with no notice ahead. Communication and maintenance scheduling needs to be improved between host and maintenance so keep the stay for the guests smooth.

This place had a modern kitchen, ample seating, and comfortable beds. Everything was very clean. It had a spacious elevator and was close to major thoroughfares, so was easy to get public transportation.We loved the charming street and had good dinners at two restaurants located there. One was a casual venue and a bit noisy with outdoor revelers enjoying a mid-afternoon beer and after-work libations (though they settled down by around 9 pm). The other was a nice Italian restaurant owned by a friendly Italian native. Be aware that the showers have no grab bars. We retrieved the key from a 24-hour business several blocks away and returned it there at the end of our stay. Although we never met the host, we were able to communicate via texting. We enjoyed our stay and think younger guests would probably find it especially inviting!

The Flat was great in perfect location for daily outings. It was equipped with plenty of linen and towels for my family of six.
