Worked out great for wedding nearby. It is on a dirt road though, not a deal-breaker, but would've been nice to know before hand.

Oz house had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend in Bentonville. We came to explore the biking trails and were well located to easily visit Coler mountain, the Railyard and Slaughter Pen trails. The house is so comfortable and so thoughtfully decorated. We would definitely stay here again!
