Clean house, convenient to beach, restaurants, and shops. Loved having the golf cart. House had everything we needed.

We stay in a lot of rentals. This house has everything needed and more in the kitchen. The home was clean. The bird viewing in the back was fun. The neighborhood is quiet and deer grazed in the mornings. The couches and beds were comfortable.

Reviewer Comments:
Hi! The stay was nice. We enjoyed the house. We had some run-ins with insects. There were two dead roaches in the bedrooms and we bought some ant traps when they swarmed some of our stuff. I was unsure if some of the boards on the stairs were starting to rot. We could have used one or two more baking trays, but other than that, it met all of our needs and would consider returning. I did send an email to confirm the total price and never heard back, so I don’t know how responsive the management company is if we’d had problems.

Nice place to stay. I was a bit irritated that there was no toilet paper orher than what was on the roll when we arrived. Never stayed in a VRBO where there was no shampoo/conditioner/body soap. And, the cleaning fee seems a bit high considering you have to take all the laundry downstairs to the washer & dryer.Having the golf cart was great!
