The Space
Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, this bright and spacious Caribbean-style penthouse is distributed over two levels.
First Floor
The main level features a large and inviting living room with two comfortable sofas and a TV, creating the perfect space to relax after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals and enjoy quality time together.
This floor also includes:
One bedroom with ocean views and a queen-size bed
One full bathroom
A large wraparound furnished terrace with stunning views of both the swimming pool and the Caribbean Sea
Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail, the terrace offers the perfect setting to experience Punta Cana's beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
Second Floor
The upper level offers additional privacy and comfort, featuring:
A master bedroom overlooking the pool with a private bathroom
A bedroom with ocean views and access to a furnished terrace
An additional full bathroom
Extra storage space equipped with an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, safe, and beach towels

The host Nomar showed us around upon arrival which was great. This place is huge with wrap around patio facing the ocean. Literal seconds from the beach. Villa Blanco beach bar and restaurant included with shaded chairs. We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was as expected and described.It's a bit loud with the honking during the day but you get used to it. At night everyone was very respectful and quite.Would love to have a bit more outside seating. Highly recommend this place! Well decorated, great furniture, working TV and Wifi. An absolute gem of a spot! Thank you!

We stayed two nights at this lovely apartment just steps from the beach. The location is excellent. The apartment is a little dated but this was not an issue for us. It was quite spacious for our family of 5. Dining and shopping was also within walking distance which was very convenient.
We only had one major issue with this apartment which was noise. It is located right on a beach access road which was very noisy at night while trying to sleep. Motorcycles and scooters can be heard throughout the night passing by right under your window.
There was a very loud party right across that street that carried on until 2am one evening which woke us up a number of times. This is not the owner's fault of course, I believe it's just what to expect in this area.
A couple other things we found were that the gas stove in the apartment did not have any propane, so cooking our own meals was not an option. Lastly, you will be charged for electricity you used separately as you are checking out. This seems to be common is some rentals in Dominican Republic. Our fee was $20 U.S. for three days.
There is no self-checkin option. You must try to coordinate with the owner to obtain a physical key to enter the apartment. This might take a few messages back and forth to coordinate a time to check in.
If you are single or a group looking for a party weekend, this apartment is perfect, but for a family that is looking for something a little more peaceful you may want to look elsewhere.
