This home is in a prime location and is open and airy. The beach is right there, you can walk a bit up the beach and there’s an area where the monk seals and sea turtles come to rest. The home is equipped with pretty much anything that you need in the kitchen, for the beach for bath - nothing was spared. The coffee machine broke on our first morning there and within an hour of writing the email - a new one was delivered. It was great! The best was the pool. We had 4 kids with us ages 9 and 6 and they lived in the pool and preferred that to the beach- it was pure joy for them and joy for us to watch. A lovely time was had by all.

You cannot beat this property’s location. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and appreciated the large grass area in the backyard for the children to play. This property is steps away from the beach as you walk out the private gate. The home itself was very clean and very spacious with room for everyone to have his or her own space. The Property Management team was very responsive when we needed them. The no air conditioning in the home wasn’t an issue for us as the temperatures were not that hot and the ceiling fans were sufficient. I always prefer air conditioning in a rental home, but this house has so many great qualities, I can overlook this. I would highly recommend this home to my friends and family.

the hot tub heater was broken and wouldn't work the whole trip. If you look at this house the hot tub right on the beach is a large part of the appeal. It took me calling VRBO to get even a very small discount on the booking as it was too late to find another house. I understand things happen but more should have been done to make it right.

The location and the view are 5+ stars, but the property needs work. The (all white) furniture inside and outdoors is terribly stained, the carpets need cleaning, and many of the windows and doors are difficult to slide/open; with no air-conditioning, you definitely need all windows and doors open at all times. For the price that you paid to stay here for a week, I would think that the owners would take the money from just one or two weeks worth of rental income and put new furniture in. Take another week or two worth of rental income, and put central air-conditioning in the property. Without it, be prepared to sweat all night in your sleep, and to wake up drenched in the morning. You know, a central dehumidifier wouldn’t be a bad idea either.... Also, a paved driveway and walkway to the front door would be beneficial, so that guests didn’t have to sludge through, and track-in mud. Again, beautiful location and incredible oceanfront views. The property has promise, but needs love...The property management agency was very professional, and very responsive to our needs. Mahalo!
