Although there is no cleaning fee, you are required to leave the property tidy at the end of your stay: remove all rubbish and place it in the appropriate containers, and leave the facilities in good general condition.
If you use the barbecue, it must be left clean and in the same condition as you found it.

Excellent base for exploring the island. We had a hire car, essential I would say, and over the 10 days of our stay ventured over to the west coast, south and east coasts.
We were primarily walking in unique environments
All in all an excellent stay.

The villa was clean and as described, and we enjoyed our holiday. Couple of points to be aware. For some bizarre reason there is no door on the small 2nd bedroom, so privacy or not disturbing the occupant is an issue. There was a bit more road noise than we expected, but as we were out more than in, was tolerable.
The villa is clean and well equipped and the games room and areas are a nice touch. The beds are comfortable and with the prevailing winds, not having A/C was not an issue in the Autumn.
The villa was well placed for exploring the island, but a car I would say was essential.
Overall we had a chilled holiday and our host was very helpful and friendly.
