House was spacious, neighborhood was quiet. Pool and hot tub was nice just not enough water when running the hot tub. Close to Walmart and other stores.

Check-in was easy. Host was very accessible. The house was in a great location. The house could use some attention but nothing that really affected our stay.

As far as clean, great neighborhood and location, excellent. Beds need some improvement as master and 2nd bedroom every time you moved, bed made loud noises. Wish we had a sheet pan. All other was good even washer, dryer and pool. Spa jets were not working, but pool felt really good with heat.

Check in was smooth, but pool was not working when we arrived and wasn’t addressed for 3 days. Had pool/spa issues every time company came to treat it on Tuesday. This was very frustrating as we were paying to heat pool/spa($350US for month)We also paid ($175US) to rent a gas grill, which did the trick but had definitely seen better days!
Indoor and outdoor furniture is in serious need of upgrades. Couch has seen better days and 3 of the five beds were noisy and uncomfortable. Pool furniture was original to construction and was ripped and torn. Property management did bring us 3 new chairs after one of the original chairs fell apart.
Overall, even with the above issues, the place was OK, but we will book elsewhere in the future.
