Listing states 10 can stay. That would be very tight. The kitchen is very small and only 4 could really fit in it. The apartment had a foul smell throughout the stay. The upstairs tenants were extremely loud. We were woken up at 7:00 AM by someone running throughout the upstairs apt. for 3 hours!! The positive-it seemed clean, it was fairly close to the beach.

At first, the pillow had smelled and I cannot find a hair dryer. However, the property management took action very quickly to change the pillow and bought a new hair dryer next morning. Overall, the property is good for a family!

Tight quarters and a/c units on the floor. Great and cozy for small family with small children. Had a great time anyways. Fridge and some of the dishes needed cleaning.

"The house was great! Each kid was able to have their own room!
The neighbor was very friendly.
The internet worked great!
The outside porch was covered in ash so I tried to keep the dog off it.
