Hot tub was broken for half the time, but the property managers started working on it right away and got it fixed for us. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The place was big with plenty of room

They were very kind upon check-in, and had very clear, precise instructions as to how things worked! They provided a list of nearby grocery stores as well for us to stock up on supplies we may need during our stay, which was a very kind gesture. There was some confusion (on our end) with parking spaces, as there is a tenant that lives above the home, but they were very polite in reminding us of which spaces were available to us to park in. At one point the tenant above needed to retrieve something from a garage in the back, and they made sure to make us aware that someone was going to be coming around, and it wasn’t a strange person lurking about. Will definitely keep them in mind if I have a return trip to Nashville!

Was large enough unit for all of our party to enjoy the space. Enjoyed the hot tub out back, close to downtown

Used food was left in the fridge, very unsanitary. The vanity in the main bathroom did not work. The couch is wore out. You sink so deep into the couch cushions, you cannot get up easily. One of the arm rests has no padding. You can see the outline of framework. One of the living room chairs plastic is peeling off. Very unappealing looking. Pictures on the website do not match the house. Communication with the hosts was amazing.
