Beautiful location, spacious apartment, excellent contact with hosts. Comfortable, but dated, apartment. Amazing balcony over- looking Sa Bassa Nova. Excellent air con. Handy laundry area on back balcony. Plenty of eating areas inside and out and good for families. Issues raised were addressed quickly although not all of them resolved.
Shower flooded daily in en-suite and unpleasant smell from main bathroom. Mallorca House Rent tried very hard to fix this but I think the apartment owner needs to investigate the plumbing. Dishwasher didn’t work very well and had to run it twice most of the time.
