About Colony Beach Club:
Colony Beach Club is a quaint, cottage-like complex that resides on New Smyrna Beach's quiet non-driving shore. Established in 1973, this two-story condominium complex has provided both residents and guests with relaxing seaside stays for years. Its 102 properties are composed of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units that all have open layouts, updated kitchens, peaceful bedrooms, and balconies with fabulous views.
While its condos provide unforgettable stays, Colony Beach Club's top amenities will keep you returning year after year. The complex boasts two large swimming pools that face the ocean, pristine sun decks, gas barbeque grills, a community laundry room, covered parking, and two separate accesses to the non-driving shore. Come experience the laid-back charm of living by the sea when you book a stay at Colony Beach Club.
The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach:
New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous redfish of Mosquito Lagoon.
Although New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something here for everyone!

The property was very nice. You can get a small peak of the ocean from the balcony. The only thing I would change is take out those two recliners and put in a real couch. For older people it is extremely hard to get up and down on and has no support. I would also put door stoppers in the bedroom and bathroom. The doors were constrantly closing.

Loved the room and how close it was to the beach. Clean and spacious property that’s nicely decorated.

This is a nice condo in a great area! The pool area was never overly crowded and the beach is just a quick walk down the stairs! The furniture in the condo was not the most comfortable, but overall enjoyed our stay.

Overall everything was great, Condo was clean and well stocked, and the pool was perfect for days it was too windy to go ocean side! Only complaint is that no where did it say the bunk bed was actually a toddler size bunk bed. Not description, reviews, picture captions etc..no where. I even mentioned in our reservation it was my husband and I with our 12 and 16 year old children. So it was a bummer to not have enough places for everyone to sleep, we ended up buying an air mattress so ultimately we worked out the issue to work for our family. Just would have been ideal to have that clarification when we were booking.
