A 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Koukaki, just off the historic Filopappou Hill and a 10min walk from the Acropolis and its renowned Museum. The flat is conveniently located 550m from Syngrou Fix metro station & a 10’ride/drive from the city's seafront! An excellent flat for a convenient stay in the most vibrant, central & historic part of Athens! Fully equipped & air-conditioned, wifi, washer available.
A 68m2 modern flat located in Koukaki, one of the hippest areas of central Athens and just a 10 minute walk to Acropolis hill. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons in 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom provides a double bed and the second bedroom offers two single beds (that can be joined). Both rooms are air-conditioned and have access to the balcony. Room darkening shades are available in both bedrooms. The flat offers one modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen
In the living room, there is a three seater sofa, two armchairs and a 43’ Smart TV. The main dining table is suitable for 4-6 persons.
Our flat features a cute balcony towards the main pedestrian street, an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks overlooking the city’s life!

It is also located within short walking distance from the Acropolis Hill, the Acropolis Museum and archaeological sites.
The area offers a wide choice of Greek and international restaurants, bakeries and takeaways, stylish cafes, bistro cocktail bars, art galleries and a very vibrant life at its pedestrian streets.

It was very clean, easy to deal with, no issues at all! Nice location and very pleasant area with everything we needed

Apartment was well appointed for our stay. Close to all the major attractions. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops as well as the bakery just down the street. Could not use the back porch because the vent for the restaurant kitchen was just below. Front porch was great during the morning and early afternoon. After that it was a very busy area. We use earplugs so the noise at night was not an issue. Was crazy about not been able to flush toilet paper but we made the most of that. Apartment itself was great with all the upgrades. Never did hear back from Georgia regarding attractions and best way to get to airport at the end,but those are minor details. Paul Laforest

The apartment was exactly how it was described and was fabulous!! It was very clean and had a very well equipped kitchen! The location was perfect as it was literally in the plaza so there wasn’t car/motorcycle etc noise. The windows and doors were very solid and kept out the restaurant/bar noise from below… and we were able to walk everywhere and access the Metro very easily! I would recommend this apartment 200%!! Thank you to our lovely hosts for the awesome communication as this was our very first trip to Greece! Epheristo!!

Property was very clean, spacious and with all the basics to stay for a stay. We loved the neighborhood. Easy to get to mayor sights but in a neighborhood where you are surrounded by locals.Highly recommended.
