The Spring Suite offers privacy and luxurious comforts just begging for a romantic getaway. Tastefully furnished with Victorian era pieces, the front sitting room is equipped w/ streaming tv, mini fridge and coffeemaker. Dressed in silky smooth white linens, the gorgeous antique queen size bed is the ultimate in comfort. Undoubtedly, the show stopper of this room is the double spa tub, complete with dimmable lighting and bath salts for your soaking pleasure. Separate bathroom w/ walk in shower.

Queen Bed, Jetted Spa Tub for Two, Double Shower, Private Entrance, Beautiful Decks, Close to Downtown, Streaming TV and WiFi.
No Pets Accepted.
In Room Mini Refrigerator & Each of our rooms comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with pre-portioned coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.
Common Area Deck, Parlor, Dining Room & Full Kitchen
The historic Brownstone Inn was built in 1895 and served for many years as the original headquarters of Ozarka Water Bottling Co. In the 1980's, the property was converted to lodging and has continued operation ever since. Conveniently located across from the train on Main Street in Eureka Springs, the heart of downtown is a flat and easy one mile walk from the Inn.
Guest Access:
A stay at the Brownstone Inn provides access to our Parlor which includes living, dining, and kitchen space. Breakfast service is not available at this time. Please feel free to help yourself at the self service coffee and tea station in the kitchen. On any of Eureka Springs' abundant sunny days, enjoy the breeze, shade, and floral gardens from our expansive deck and outdoor seating area.
The Neighborhood:
The Brownstone is a 1/2 mile from the heart of downtown Eureka Springs. It is a relatively flat walk.
Eureka Springs is known for its historic charm, shopping, nightlife, music, and art!
Interaction with Guests:
We are available for messaging from 6am to 9pm. For emergencies we are just a phone call away 24 hours a day. The Suite is a self check-in. You will be sent instructions prior to your stay.

My husband and I went to Eureka Springs for a long weekend. The Brownstone was a great place off the main streets and close enough to walk, it was about a 15 min walk. Close to the trolley stop. Cute little town lots to do. Loved the jacuzzi!
