Was confused about where the dock was compared to house, no lamp in room where tv was, but otherwise great stay.

Very welcoming stay. Great location, very quiet and peaceful. Was only missing or "hiding" very well some items such as functioning fishing poles and cornhole game. Would definitely stay again.

I loved the Property. The dead end street was wonderful. It was great for walking. My son fished on the pier. The house was wonderful and well kept. Would rent this property again

We had a pleasant stay overall, but found the property description to be inaccurate in a few key areas. The description and title using the word 'waterfront' is misleading. We were disappointed to discover there is no view of the water or pier from the house itself; it is located on a street, requiring a walk of about 50 yards to reach the pier. This distinction is important for setting the right expectations.Additionally, the pier is not accessible for individuals with mobility issues due to a steep hill leading to the pier, which should be noted in the listing for guest safety and planning.On another note, we were missing a complimentary bottle of wine mentioned in the amenities, and the host stopped communicating when we enquired about it, which was unhelpful.
