Welcome to Montrose and welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home backing to the 16th tee of the Black Canyon Golf Course.
This home boasts a beautiful ready to cook-in kitchen, a one car garage available to guests, a patio, a balcony, and smart TVs in the living room, master bedroom and bedroom #2. The home has been totally remodeled with all new furnishings. Everything is provided including pots, pans, dishes, a washer and dryer, linens and towels.
Montrose is a great base camp for all Western Colorado has to offer. We are within an hour drive to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Ouray, the Grand Mesa, and the Uncompahgre Plateau. We are a little over an hour drive to Telluride, Gunnison, Grand Junction, and Silverton.
AMENITIES INCLUDE:
• Totally remodeled with stone counter tops and stainless steel appliances
• Ready to cook-in kitchen
• Microwave, coffee maker (drip), toaster, blender, and crock pot
• 3 Smart TVs- one in living room, one in master, and one in bedroom #2
• Patio with charcoal grill with patio furniture
• Balcony with patio furniture
• WIFI
• Window/wall unit air conditioning in each bedroom
• Bath towels and linens provided
• One car garage
• Hair dryer, shampoo, and body wash provided
• Property backs to Black Canyon Golf Course

In addition to our usual rigorous cleaning regimen, we are following the protocols laid out by the CDC using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers guidelines. We look forward to welcoming you to our home and hosting your stay.

We stayed here as our “base camp” for our family of four to visit the national park. It truly felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. The kitchen is great and has everything you need including all of those nice to haves that other rentals don’t. Think coffee grounds, k-cups, sweeteners, spices, etc. It just makes traveling on the road that much easier. The house was comfortable and each kid got their own room. Heck, we even all had our own TV! Having the single car garage was also a nice perk. In short, the reviews on this property are justified and the owners have earned them all.

Yes, the host was welcoming and responsive tonquestions. The unit was clean and modern. We visit Montrose several time a year and have stayed at several VRBO properties. Tondate this is our favorite
