Villa Aldebaran is a 3-bedroom villa perfect for a family holiday and to enjoy the spectacular panoramic sea views from the terrace.
The villa has one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each that share a separate bathroom. There is a safe and all rooms have air conditioning.
The lounge has a TV with digital channels, DVD player and free wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped.
On the spectacular terrace you will find outdoor furniture, a built-in barbecue and the private swimming pool.
The booking of this accommodation implies express acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, available on the Escape Home website.
For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.
During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.
The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
Tourist tax:
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.
If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card, or at the accommodation reception, if it has in-person service.
