The Marina has all kinds of services, hotels, restaurants, shops, supermarket, gyms, beauty centers, it has a large number of 1,380 berths of up to 30 M., heliport and a sailing school and the Real Club Marítimo Sotogrande. Having the beach so close to the property was great. Its location was extremely handy for walking round the marina. Enjoyed the studio penthouse and all its modern facilities.
