A proposito di questa villa struttura in affitto
Stunning six-bedroom villa with private swimming pool perfectly situated on the Tróia Peninsula, one of the most beautiful coastlines in Portugal, with the beach close by
This stylish and modern villa, just 1 hour from Lisbon, is ideal for anyone wishing to enjoy 13 km of pristine sands, crystal-clear waters and pine-covered sand dunes.
Lazy days by the pool or on the beach can be broken up with afternoons of golf at the world-renowned Troia Golf course or a meander through the Roman ruins of Cetobriga. Dolphin-watching boat tours in the Sado estuary or day trips to the fishing port of Setúbal are also a must. Only a short drive away, you can find the uber fashionable town of Comporta, with its amazing boutiques and stylish bars and restaurants. Head to the beach at nearby Pego or Carvalhal to soak up the vibe and enjoy a sundowner.
The colorful open-plan layout is ideal for families, with a dedicated TV room for relaxing together.
A fully equipped, sun-filled kitchen, including a Thermomix Bimby, leads through to a stylish living/dining room with bold colours and eclectic art. Glass doors flood the room with light and allow direct access to the garden and outdoor eating area. A fireplace will help keep the chill out on colder nights while the whole villa is fitted with air con for those hotter summer months, and there is underfloor heating that switches to a cooling system in summer.
There are 6 double bedrooms and bathrooms, the simple modern décor and ample natural light creating a tranquil and calming environment in which to unwind.
Outside, the swimming pool features a countercurrent and a solar cover for heat, and is surrounded by mature gardens offering privacy and tranquility. There are plenty of seating areas around the pool and a shaded al fresco dining area with BBQ from which to enjoy poolside lunches or dinners. The garden is fenced and the property also includes 3 parking spaces and a fitness centre, plus 4 bicycles, a table-tennis (ping-pong) table and beach trolley.
