The Prati neighborhood is an elegant, middle-class area in central Rome, full of squares, parks, and good restaurants. The neighborhood’s main attraction is likely Via Cola di Rienzo, named after a Roman senator and nobleman; it’s a major shopping street, less crowded than the well-known Via del Corso but similarly lined with high-end Italian and international fashion boutiques. Just a 12-minute walk away is the Mercato Trionfale, considered one of Rome’s best food markets.
