Perfect Sodus Point year-round getaway with all you need at the cottage or “in our back yard!” Walk to just about everything; beach access, 5 restaurants/bars, including a new jazz bar, gas station, 2 grocery stores, 2 ice cream shops, gift shop, and a playground all within a short walking distance. Hiking, antique shops, and great little farm market are a 10 minute drive. New liquor store is a 5 minute drive! Del Lago Casino and Waterloo outlet, a 35 minute drive. Seneca Lake wineries, a one hour drive. Did I mention GREAT FISHING? (Ice fishing in winter). Come experience life in a true beach community!

The house was very clean, great location and perfect for what we needed. The host was amazing to work with as well! We would highly recommend this house to others!

The property has a lot of potential! Location was perfect. Although it felt like I was gonna fall through the floor in the living room. My wife almost fell down because of the sag in the floor. Needs cleaned! Had an odor when we got there so we had to open windows and light some candles. Outside of house needs pressure washed. All the amenities were good although we didn’t do anything but sleep there 2 nights and make a pot of coffe. If we would have had a group with us I’m afraid we would have fallen through the living room floor. Definitely needs addressed!
